It is nice to see your enthusiasm to study Bachelor of Engineering, in spite of completing your Diploma in 2014. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about an entrance exam that you need to appear for and pass for admission in lateral mode for an engineering college under Punjab University at Chandigarh.
