sir , i have completed my MBA in HR and i have posted my resume in naukri, times jobs and monster and all, And i have responded to around 30 more opportunities but i dint get a reply till now , they ask me for 1- 2 year experience in HR, sir shall i get a opening in HR ?

The main point to remeber is that ... no one starts on the top... you have to start from the base and then grow up the ladder. Make sure that you aim for a opening job and then slowly and steadily improve your CV
