If you are planning to do your MBA through a full time Institute, it would be difficult to get into an MBA programme as to sit for an MBA programme the person needs to have graduation with 50% and above aggregate marks. However, if you are looking for a correspondence or a distance learn

no without graduation you cannot do MBA or any master degree

Sorry, you cant as graduation is compulsory for masters. So, you have to complete your graduation before MBA.
