    Hi Jeevan,
If you are planning to do your MBA through a full time Institute, it would be difficult to get into an MBA programme as to sit for an MBA programme the person needs to have graduation with 50% and above aggregate marks. However, if you are looking for a correspondence or a distance learning institute, some of them may take you on the basis of your experience but even the reputed distance learning institute would not prefer a person without graduation so advisable would be that you complete your graduation and then only plan for MBA.

Sorry, you cant as graduation is compulsory for masters. So, you have to complete your graduation before MBA.
