I have diploma in mechnical engineering and working on board ship as fitter for 40 months i have indian cdc, i want to go for class 4 or class 3 certificate of compitancy (COC) in singapore whom to approach for clear infomation on joining the college , fees, accomodation,visa etc. please help.
