Sir, I have done a Diploma and I want to pursue my studies, along with the job and can I do B.Tech with distance.

Yes, you can do, but B.Tech through isn't recognized by the Indian government. So, I strongly recommend to either do the job only or full-time B.Tech. Rest up to you brother. Good luck.
