sir i have done ITI in fitter trade also done apprenticeship (NCTVT) with good marks but istill not get permonent job in any good company what ishould do to apply for above post in good company, i also want to do diploma in mech. engineering please help.

You can do Diploma in Mech. It will take 2 years. Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) offers Govt Recognized Diploma Course. You can visit https://Shiksha.com page http://tinyurl.com/2b8awx8 and get more details.
