We have some very good and reputed engineering colleges in India. You can try for IIT and give AIEEE exam for admission in any N.I.T. I suggest then for further higher studies (after B.E) you may plan to do it outside India.

u can pursue ur UG in india. but might as well try with Singapore or Malaysia as there are scholarships and three year fas tracked engg is available.
