Sir I have got 97 marks in JEE Mains and 93.8% in CBSE Class 12 from Delhi. What is my expected home state rank?Can I get Polymer in DTU?

What are my chances for NIT Delhi in ECE and DTU Polymer. Can I get polymer in first round at DTU and is Polymer a good branch. Kindly tell me my expected home state rank. I am general candidate.
