You can first go for software development field and then you can learn abut hacking , you also have to learn about linux and hands on practice on Linux operating system . this is now in good demand . in many company require professional developers who know about hacking

There is individual courses out of engineering.u will never learn hacking,animation.there are various institute providing bachelor in animation.and for hacking there r no specific institution that can real hacking.
