You are not eligible for CSE or ECE in top NITs with this rank, so please keep in mind about other branches, but if you want only CSE or ECE, then think about IIITs.

You can't get CSE at this rank in any NIT except for NIT, Srinagar that also may be in special round. Also, it is very hard to get ECE branch in NIT at this rank but you can try for Eastern NITs.
