Sir, i have no PUC ie 12th and completed MA from IGNOU (ie 10th+BPP(non 12th)+BA+MA) so, will have any problem in future for Govt Job of Graduate level and can i sit to WBPSC or UPSC as an ex servicemen. Please confirm.
