Sir i have passed 12th (PCB) C.B.S.E. in 2012. Now i want math as an additional subject. Is there any procedure regarding this?

No there is no such procedure where you can just give the maths paper additionally or separately. You will have to take admission in 11th again and do the PCB along with maths in order to do the maths. Better would be you go for some course based on PCB.
