Sir,i have passed my 12th class 3yrs ago can i do my 12again ?

Sir,i have cmpleted m 12th clas 3yrs ago. i havent opt fr graduation as my percentge was less than 50%.i hve tried fr jobs wich also i didnt got due less marks.can i do m 12th again? plz reply thanku
