Hi Avinash, as a friend I would suggest you to opt for M.Tech after clearing GATE exam as it opens more doors of esteemed universities like IITs, NITs, IIITs, etc. But, there are some of the deemed universities which conduct their own entrance tests for M.Tech admission like : Aligarh Muslim Uni
