Hi.. You can go for M.Sc Applied chemistry or Industrial Chemistry if you want to join any org. Else go for M.Sc organic which is useful both for teaching/phd and for working in firms like Reddys. GLaxo. Ranbaxy, Hetero etc.

YOU CAN GO FOR MASTERS IN ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY OR DRUG DESIGNING. THESE ARE GOOD FIELDS AND HAVE GOOD SCOPE IN FUTURE.
