Sir, i leaved a college in Bangalore after paying 100000 rs and college had given me the undertaking to return the amount.but they hadn't
They had not given my money till now.it has become approx 3 year.what should i do.please help me

I think you need to contact the university to which this college is affiliated. If it is within the rules then they will have to return the amount otherwise not.
