Sir I'm a student of Computer Sc.& Engg. from IIT.Is any pre-reqisite knowledge of Finance field needed 2 pursue MBA Finance,1ce u'r in it.
I'm in 3rd year of my Computer Science &Engg. from IIT INDORE, I'm interested in Economics & related stuff.I have not yet appeared for any MBA ENTRANCE EXAM.Now that,in liesure time I was planning 2 start study 4 MBA Finance.What study I should pursue& any pr-requisite knwld.2 get lead when I enter.

Hi,
No it is not necessary to have prior knowledge of finance to pursue MBA in finance, however in your free time you start reading various business magzines and newspapers like Economic times, Business line etc.
By this you will know about various financial terms and their relevant use, all this

No there is no compulsory , that you should have finance knowledge before joining MBA in finance once you start studying it, you get knowledge about it thoroughly so dont worry, ok
