YES , you are eligible for MSc (IT) . Keep yourself updated in the next couple of months .... keep a close watch on university updates on websites of DU, JNU, GGSIPU and private universities as well. You may also try for courses like MCA, MSc Computer Science , PGDCA etc which are also good options
