Different IIMs assign different weight to undergrad percentage so clearly having a good percentage increases your chances of getting into an IIM. However there are several other factors at play as well. Your CAT percentile, diversity factors, your interviews as well as performance in GD/WAT. Having said that please try to maintain a healthy percentage during your Undergrads so that you dont face any problems in the future.
