sir,i m doing bsc nd engg at the same time...bt i wnt to pursue research in astrophy later in my life,so i m leaving engg,wil it b ok for me
to carry along engineering with bsc is not a viable option for me now,as i am considering engineering as a waste...because i want to pursue research in astrophysics..i want to ask wil it b fine for my career?

Good evening Shantanu. I'm very happy tht you are leaving engg . Had you pursued two courses together and got the degrees then you might have lost both. It's against the AICTE& UGC norms. You should do only one degree at a time. There is huge scope for Astrophysics and i'm sure you'll be successful

Shantanu, leaving Engg would be a bad Idea. I suggest you to countiue your engg and then go for ur pstgrads in Astophy from any reputed university. will also help you
