Sir i m having 2 years exp. with domestic BPO and m a B.COM graduate not able to decide my future carrer plans interested in banking & finance so please suggest me better course in the same.

Go for MBA finance or CA.

Hi Abhilash,
If you want to make a career in Banking and finance sector the best option could be an MBA in Finance but if you plan for MBA it should be from a decent full time Institute/ University, if you can not plan a full time MBA then I would suggest you to explore other options like CA, CWA,

continue with your bpo as i find bpo's quiet better than other jobs. go for MBA in Financial Management where you will learn about everything that you are interested in.
