Dear, why do you want to go out of India when you have IIT's here. Prepare for it and get finest and the best IIT for you if you have potentiality, you can get better opportunities from India. Moreover here are BITS Pilani and Petroleum Univ. Doon too. There is avg. package is 25 lac pa.
