With 135 marks in JEE-Mains, you may get in :
-Inst. of Tech., GG Vishwa Vidhyalaya, Bilaspur (Civil Engineering)
-Tezpur University, Tezpur (Civil Engineering)
-Birla Institute of Technology, Patna (Civil Engineering)
-National Institute of Technology, Agartala (Civil Engineering)

On the basis of these marks in JEE and hoping of getting such good marks in 12th you can get admission in any good college in Delhi. Still keep all your options open. There are many other universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not on
