sir,I scored 60% in 12th class from cbse board, in 2016,can I give JEE Mains exam in 2017 as per new rules of JEE Mains??

Yes you are eligible but you need to work really hard to get the 175 marks in JEE Mains and a good score in JEE Advanced so that you can get admission in colleges like IIT.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains but not for advance. But, it will be difficult for you to get admission in any NIT or IIIT. As even the SC and ST students are eligible if they have secured minimum of 65%. It is 75% for general. But, you can go for state government colleges or private ones.
