Sir, I secured 139 rank in OLET 2018 and looking for ECE in YMCA, can I get admission in 2nd counselling and I don't have any reservation?

Hi,
Yes, you can try for the same in the second counselling.
There is physical counselling also on 4th of August in YMCA in which you can surely get admission.
