sir i've done 2 with 64%,& given aieee & iit enterence, but not confident to get good marks, but want to go for aeronauticle eng.can i?

have done 2 with 64% marks, and given aieee & iit enterence, but not confident to get good marks in it. i want to go for aeronauticle engineering, can i get any government college or any private college with full facilities of the cource. if yes please let me know the name of the institutes. thanku
