Syllabus of BSC(CS) is mainly focus on development of system programming, artifical intelligence, compiler, interpreter where as syllabus of BSC(IT) focus on application programming like java, .net, PHP to develop business application and services like finnacle by infosys, flexcube by Oracle etc.
