Sir I want to change my B.Com college in another University for final year. Can I shift evening college to morning college? Please help me.

Yes you can shift from evening to morning college. You need to check about the college seats availability for the migration. You need your 1 and 2 semester results then you apply for the migration in the 3 semester.
