Sir i want to change my engg college after first year in uptu(now apjaktu). How can i do the same?
I want to change my engg. college which is affilliated to apjaktu (formerly uptu) after 1st year from gr. noida to ghaziabad. How can i get the same? Is there any charges to do it?
