Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background, but to get into telecommunication sector you have to be from Science background and you need to take up Engineering as your career field. After completing your Bachelors in telecommunication you can either ch

depends whether you want to join technical side or management. If it is technical then you have to be engineer and if it is management then MBA degree from good institute will serve the purpose.

You can first do Degree or Diploma in engg in Electronics/ electronics and communication/ electronics and telecommunication. after that you get a way to Telecommunication Industry
