Sir, I want to know is it worth doing executive MBA from FMS, Delhi University or not? What is the detailed procedures for admission?
I did B.Tech in metallurgy with 7 years of experience from steel production line.

Dear, to be frank industry doesn't recognize part-time executive MBA. You have to do MBA full time i. e., either PGP or PGPX for career shift/job switch and good pay hike. However, executive MBA helps you to hone the additional skills which you may lack currently and many companies encourage their employees to pursue the same. Some companies give promotion to the employees who completes executive MBA from reputed institutes. So to answer in a nutshell, existing organizations may provide career growth for those who complete executive MBA but not the industry. Hope this helps.
