You can try to admit in B. Tech (Biotech). There are many reputed universities, in which this course is running e.g.
Jaypee Inst. of Info. Tch, Noida
Jaypee University of IT, Solan
Shoolini University of Biotech, Solan

Sikkim-Manipal University is a reputed university for course in Biotech through regular mode. You need to qualify for it through an exam which is held in April-May.
