Sir, I want to make post graduation with history from Harward or Texas university. What is all procedure? I am totally unknown about it.

My parents don't want to send me through their money or by education loan also. Are there some facilities from government? I've graduated from Mumbai University with Marathi Literature. Please tell including with various exams for entrance. Is there compulsory to make a research paper?
