No you dont have to give any examination to take HR as ypur specialization. But you got to have a good academic record. The highest packege this year for HR is 11.4 lakhs as of now. The minimum is around 4-4.5 lakhs and the average is around 5.5. Unless if you have some serious liking for HR, Opt for marketing.
