Hi Indraneel, you may look for your course of interest in universities like TU Dortmund University, Technical university of Munich, RWTH Aachen. Do go through the course modules before finalising the course. REgarding scholarship : Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University. The classes begin twice a year in October and April. You should start the application process at least 9 months before the class start so plan accordingly. If you want further scholarship you will need to reach nearest DAAD office. If you appear for GRE it will be an added advantage. All the Best
