Sir i want to take admision in tolani marine institute but i belong to poor family and its fees is 11 lakh.can i get eductn loan for this

I had passed my 12 with 80% in 2012. i want to take admission in tolani maritime institute but my fathers income is below 1 lakh per annum and fees of tolani is 11 lakh.can i get education loan for admision in tolani or should i have to leave this field.please reply soon on my email id.
