Sir, I want to take lateral entry in B.Tech(ME) 2nd year in Lucknow and doing my 2nd semester from LPU, Punjab. Can I get admission?

I have some family problem that's why I want to take lateral entry in my own city Lucknow.

No, its not possible this process of transfer of college is only possible for government engineering college and some nits where college and branch transfer is possible but private college very rare if they agree for the branch and college transfer.
