    Hi,
    US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, there are many good universities in US which offers undergraduate degree in various fields like:
    - Computer science.
    - Electrical engineering.
    - Civil engineering, etc.
    However, as per your query, I would suggest you to complete your B.Tech from India only and once completed you may opt for masters degree from universities in US, by this you lower down the cost of your education to a great extent.

    Yes this is possible and afcourse it is very expensive , you need to have good financial background before get admission because there are so many type of expenses there for which you never know
