Sir i wanted to know what are the effects of 2 year gap b/w 12&B.Tech in M.E on placements ,also on PSU ,IES ,IAS or M.Tech in M.E

My target is HBTI kanpur .This year,in my 2 attempt at UPSEE i managed 14000 rank .So if I go for 3 attempt for HBTI what will be its effect on PSU, IES,IAS or M.Tech in M.E. And also on on-campus placements in M.E. reply very soon
