Yeah doing Full time MBA is good decision, for that first you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal

Doing MBA would be good, but Balaji you must also work hard on improving your commuicative ability so that you can make a good career in business management related job.
