Sir, I will be giving ISC next year and want to know is it necessary to score above 95% to apply for merit listing or getting admission?

Hi Manisha,
There is a need of a minimum marks to apply for the course. But at this moment I can't say the cut off marks on the merit list. As you know it fully depends on the marks of the applicants. The more you score the chance of getting your name on the merit list increases. As long as my knowledge says the 95% will be a good score.

95% is the cut-off for the merit listing in economics (H).
60% aggregate is the minimum percentage required for applying!
This is the link of eligibility criteria, as per 2017 records. It would be more or else same this year as well!
