CAT cutoff is approximately 90%ile. -

90%-ile was the Cat cut off for the last year, if that's what you wanted to know. Other than that I recommend you keep track of the important dates on http://www.gim.ac.in/2015/how-to-apply.php.
31st December 2015 is the last registration date for applying at GIM.
