I can suggest you with National Institute of Open Schooling, which is recognised by the Central Government is equivallent to any other board of education.
You are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for your field of interest. So, you can proceed further with admission into

Yes u can appear for the 10+2 Examination as an External Candidate of CBSE, but there should be a gap of 2 years in the year of passeing 10 and appearing 12
