I donot think so you will be eligible for degree as for degree u must complete 10+2 (PUC) or 10+3 (Diploma). According to Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), if have done ITI in Electroncs/CS them you would be eligible. For ITI in fitter etc you would not be eligible. But not sure about other un
