Hi,Please remember MBA and MS both are very good courses and have a good career prospect, It entirely depend upon your interest to decide which field you want to make your career, if you wish to stick in technical field then you should pursue MS, and after working for some years you feel that now you want to switch to management side,so than you can pursue MBA.Please remember you can pursue MBA after your MS also. All the good and Top ranked B-school across the globe require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.I hope this answers your query. If you like this answers, than please mark it as a Thumbs Up or rate it a... view more

    Shams@ hi shivanu
From your query I get that your main concern is to earn more money ,so if y want to do job then y c go ahead but if y want to continue y studies y can go for MBA. individual
with B.Tech +MBA is always in high demand. Its only because a engineering graduate with MBA is always a very candidate for companies to hire. As this particular candidate has both managerial and technical skills and so he will have better chances of promotion and growth what else you need in your life.

From your query we presume that your main concern is to earn more money. So i request you if you want to do job after your BTech then go for that.after getting the job surely you will earn more money.
If you want to study further then surely think about doing any one of the above mentioned thing that is MBA or MS
Both will be good for you.But Finance is not the concern then you can go for the MS is any overseas countries for that you have to appear for GRE, TOFEL like exams
If you want to go for MBA then , you have to prepare for that by giving the exams like CAT,MAT,SNAP,XAT,NMAT or any state CET.
    Think before taking any decision
    All the best

If your priority is to earn money then you may have to target MNC companies or alternatively small companies where it is like a one person show. For this MBA would be a better choice amongst the two that you have in your mind.
