pls tell me the ''BOARD OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION DELHI'' (www://bhseddelhi.org) is a valid board?because iam currently doing my 12th frm this board with science group..is this certificate valid for higherstudys and for govt job in india and abroad?kindly please reply me .THANK YOU.
