Hi,
In order to become an IPS, you have to qualify for the UPSC exams. There are two stages that you need to clear CSAT exam and main exam. In order to prepare for IPS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would sugg

Only graduates of ugc recognised university can apply for civil service including i.p.s.
