Yes, Canada accept distance learning degree too. IGNOU is a central university and fully valid

Yes they will accept, but i wish you to complete Certified Management Accountant [CMA] from Institute of Management Accountant [IMA - USA] . That will be more advantage for you to migrate or even if your looking for your job in Canada.
