No, you won't get any branch in RVR and JC in the first counselling, because of good reputation of the college top rankers will choose this college as their priority, so you may not be able to get admission. All the best.

Even in the 2nd counselling you won't get CSE group.By any chances in the third counselling if the seats were left then you may get seat in some low preference branches that too if you have a reservation. All the best.
