Please remember getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates. However if you fulfil the eligibility criteria for a particular job then getting a job should not be problem.

You can go for Gulf, Canada, US and UK as there is a lot of requirement for nurses.
You are supposed to have a passport and get visa granted for working abroad.
